Mission Behavioral Health – North Alabama Area

Our Mission is Our Patients

We work closely with psychiatrists in the North Alabama area

Huntsville | Madison | Decatur | Albertville | Fort Payne | Scottsboro | Florence | Athens

MBH exists because we are passionate about people.

MBH was formed to put patients over profits. MBH is founded on the principle that all people are created in the image of God and are to be treated with equal dignity, value, and worth.

As such, we are committed to providing our patients with the individual care they need and deserve.

Facility Services

Our practitioners work closely with your facility to intervene and provide behavioral health services needed to achieve improved resident outcomes.

The Mission Behavioral Health clinical team integrates both pharmacological and behavioral interventions. We strive to assess and understand the origin of behavior, using non-pharmacological treatment when necessary.

This is achieved through elderly mental health assessment tools and behavioral health care for the sake of the resident’s physical and emotional well-being, providing a sense of security and satisfaction to the family members as well as the facility staff.

Outpatient Services

22270 US Highway 72, Suite B Athens, AL 35613

Our outpatient clinic provides comprehensive mental health services
through a unified, whole-person approach. We recognize that mental
health is shaped by each individual’s unique mental health needs,
personal history, life circumstances, and goals. By looking beyond
symptoms alone, we create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that
support both emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

Our team partners closely with each patient to deliver compassionate,
evidence-based care in a supportive outpatient setting. We emphasize
collaboration, education, and continuity of care, empowering individuals to
take an active role in their mental health journey. Whether navigating life
transitions, managing chronic conditions, or working toward personal
growth, we are committed to meeting patients where they are and helping
them move forward with clarity and confidence.
